BUTLER COUNTY, Pa. – The Pennsylvania State Police in Butler will be conducting roving and stationary DUI checkpoints throughout Butler County tonight.
It is unclear if police did DUI checkpoints in Butler over the fourth, but tonight and past midnight will be DUI checkpoints.
The troopers/officers will ask a series of questions, along with asking to provide your drivers license, registration, along with your insurance documentation.
Compliance during these traffic stops not only makes it a quicker process, but also easier than when an “asphalt lawyer” tries to tell police the law.
Locations of the DUI checkpoint will not be posted on our website, but you can expect the checkpoints in the common areas where there is a large pull-off spot available for the law enforcement officers.
